Ingredients are:
1kg chicken pieces
200ml / 1 cup fresh cream
200ml/ 1 cup fresh curd
150 gm / 3/4 cup cashew and poppy seeds paste
2tsp green chili paste
2tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
one lemon
oil for frying
1 cup onion paste
1tsp Kasuri methi
